Processing Times & Shipping (Domestic)

Our candles and body care are made in small batches and made to order just for you! Please kindly understand that our products have a processing period before your items are shipped. Once your order is ready, shipping may take 5 to 8 business days to arrive to you. This all depends on the delivery destination. 

Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout. 

Returns and Refunds

At this time we have a no return/exchange policy

If an item breaks in transit or arrives to you damaged, please take pictures and reach out by email as soon as possible to resolve this issue. 

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Please file a claim with the USPS and wait for instructions from them. Be patient with USPS response. File Claim
  • Once a package has been shipped, we cannot control method of shipment delivery. 
  • Earthy Corazon is not responsible for any stolen packages.  
  • We do not refund or replace: lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
  • This includes packages marked as "SENT BACK TO SENDER" or "DELIVERED".

Damaged Packages

If items arrive broken or damaged, you are required to send photo of broken item/s to earthycorazon@gmail.com with all your information including order number. There is a 24-hour window from arrival date to claim broken items. 

Local Pick Up : East Los Angeles, California

Local pick up at our studio is available in East Los Angeles, California. Our zip code is 90063. We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up along with our address. Pick up is available Monday to Friday, between 9 am through 9 pm.
