Shipping Policies and Returns
Processing Times & Shipping (Domestic)
Our candles and body care are made in small batches and made to order just for you! Please kindly understand that our products have a processing period before your items are shipped. Once your order is ready, shipping may take 5 to 8 business days to arrive to you. This all depends on the delivery destination.
Please double-check that your shipping information is correct at checkout.
Returns and Refunds
At this time we have a no return/exchange policy

If an item breaks in transit or arrives to you damaged, please take pictures and reach out by email as soon as possible to resolve this issue.
Lost or Stolen Packages
- Please file a claim with the USPS and wait for instructions from them. Be patient with USPS response. File Claim
- Once a package has been shipped, we cannot control method of shipment delivery.
- Earthy Corazon is not responsible for any stolen packages.
- We do not refund or replace: lost, stolen, or undelivered packages.
- This includes packages marked as "SENT BACK TO SENDER" or "DELIVERED".
Damaged Packages
If items arrive broken or damaged, you are required to send photo of broken item/s to earthycorazon@gmail.com with all your information including order number. There is a 24-hour window from arrival date to claim broken items.
Local Pick Up Policy
Local pick up in East Los Angeles, California is available. We will email you when your order is ready to be picked up along with our address. Pick up is available Thursday through Sunday, between 11 am through 6 pm. Any arrangements for pick outside of those business hours you can contact us directly at earthycorazon@gmail.com to arrange a specific day and time.
Orders placed for local pick-up must be collected within 14 days of the purchase date. We are unable to process refunds for orders that are not picked up. Any unclaimed items after the two-week period will be considered forfeited.
To ensure you receive your order, we recommend contacting us if you encounter any issues or delays in picking it up.
